Just got back to the mural; long time I wasn't working on it, so a weekend with nice weather really helped our to put on an initial red gold/orange under coat glaze. The blues, beiges, whites, browns, and purples will contrast nicely over this  layer.  Working on this only on weekends, I aim to get it fully finished by summer of 2014. Me with the Chrysler building in Manhattan behind me.
